Shipping Information
We process and ship all direct orders through our verified logistics partners to ensure safe delivery across Pakistan and worldwide:
- Lahore Express Delivery: PKR 200 flat shipping rate within Lahore (1-3 business days).
- Nationwide Standard: PKR 500 flat rate for all other cities across Pakistan (3-5 business days).
- Tracking & Confirmation: A tracking number and SMS notification will be dispatched once your package leaves our fulfillment facility.
- Order Processing: Dispatch occurs Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with our designer edits is paramount. If you experience issues with your dress, we offer a flexible return window:
- 14-Day Guarantee: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Original Condition: Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, with all original brand tags and polybags intact.
- Seamless Refunds: Once inspected at our center, refunds are processed to your original bank/JazzCash account within 5-7 business days.
- Custom Orders: Stitched custom pieces are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
